Remind him at the right moment

The page cannot wake the phone by itself. The Shortcuts app can. Set this up once on his phone, for each place.

1. Copy the link of the place below.
2. Open the Shortcuts app, tap Automation, then +.
3. Pick Time of Day, about 10 minutes before he usually leaves, on weekdays. Turn on Run Immediately.
4. Tap Next, then New Blank Automation.
5. Add Show Notification and type: Check your list before you go.
6. Add Open URLs below it, paste the link, tap Done.

Other triggers that work the same way: an NFC sticker by the door, the car's Bluetooth or CarPlay connecting, or Leave a place. Leave fires only after he is already down the street, so use it as a backup.

The page opens only when the phone is unlocked. When it is locked he still gets the notification.

In Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. The icon keeps its own copy of the lists, so turn on Share between phones below and paste the link there too. Then the icon and the reminder always show the same lists.

Stand at each place once and save the spot. After that the page opens on the right list by itself. The spot is kept on this phone only.

The lists live on this phone. This makes a link that holds all of them. Open it on another phone to load them there, or keep it as a backup.
